We strive to keep the portal available and accurate, but availability may be affected by maintenance windows, telecom source systems, upstream connectivity, or other operational factors.
3. Reports and Data
Report data is generated from source telecom records and related reporting systems. While we work to keep reports accurate and timely, you acknowledge that underlying source records and retention rules may affect output.
4. Security Responsibilities
- Do not share your portal credentials with unauthorized users.
- Notify Intelligent Communication Services promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Use exported reports in accordance with your organization's privacy and compliance requirements.
